Shipping

We aim to deliver items in stock within 5 working days within the UK, 10 working days for European orders and 14 working days for everywhere else.  Any items not in stock can take an extra 5 - 10 days to be delivered.  This is not a guarantee of these delivery times but is typical.  We try to be as honest and realistic with our shipping times as possible and will never tell you we can get your order to you quicker than we can.

If you require your order by a certain date, it would be advisable to contact us prior to placing your order, so that we can confirm whether the item is in stock or not.

Cost of shipping is as follows :-

U.K. delivery - £4.00

Outside UK - £9.00

Large or heavy orders outside U.K may incur additional charges.  If this is necessary, you will be notified by email and have to choice to proceed with the order or you will be given the option to cancel or ammend your order.

We will notify you by email if any problems occur or in the unlikely event of an item being unavailable.  There are certain times throughout the year when stock becomes low with the manufacturer due to new products being manufactured and others being discontinued.  This can often happen from September until November.  If this does happen and stock becomes unavailable, we will try to contact you within 48 hours to make you aware of the situation.

Returns

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.).

Returns will be accepted if an item does not fit (with the exception of custom made corsets) only if the item is returned in unworn condition.  We understand that you will try on your new shoes/boots but please do not walk about outside for 30 minutes then decide they do not fit!!  Items returned due to wrong fit will qualify for a credit note or the item will be exchanged for another size.

Returns will be accepted in certain other circumstances and will be either refunded, exchanged or a credit note given. 

Returns will be accepted under the following other circumstances

 1.) Defective merchandise.
2.) Substitution of styles or colours by manufacturer error.
3.) Delivery of merchandise after confirmed cancellation date.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Sinful Soles.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt or original tags removed.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and shipped back at customers expense. Please contact us within 36 hours of receipt of merchandise to report faulty goods etc and arrange returns with us.   All returns must be received within 7 days of contacting us.  Any refund due or exchange will be processes within 14 days of the receipt of returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
