Our website and its content are copyright to Sinful Soles and must not be copied or reproduced in any way.
On opening an account with us or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Pricing
All prices shown are in GBP and do not include shipping and handling fees. Details of shipping rates can be found on our shipping page.
Placing an order
You can order from Sinful Soles by clicking on the 'Buy Now' or 'Add to Cart' buttons next to the product you wish to purchase. You then have the option to make an account with us or purchase without an account. Opening an account means that you will not have to enter delivery details etc if you purchase again in the future. You will also be able to view past orders if you have an account.
After either opening an account or entering your delivery details etc, you will be asked to choose a shipping option. There are 2 shipping options, one for the UK and one for the rest of the world. Please be sure to choose the correct shipping method for your country as not doing so may seriously delay your order and you may incur additional charges.
After choosing your shipping method you will be asked to choose a payment method. We offer several different methods of payment which will be detailed below.
After completing checkout, you will be taken to a confirmation page and an email will be sent to the email address you provided confirming your order and order number.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, Paypal, personal cheque, postal order, internet banking or bank transfer.
All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely by a third party payment processor. All credit/debit card transactions will show on your statement as RP Web Sales.
If paying by Paypal, your bank/card statement will show 'RP Web Sales'.
For payment by personal cheque, postal order, internet banking or postal order, details of how to do this will be given automatically after checkout.
For orders outside the UK, you can pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please use the IBAN number provided after you complete checkout.
Please note, if paying by any other method than credit/debit card, goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared in our account. If funds are not received within 10 days we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event that you think you will not be able to get the funds to us within this time, but want to go ahead with your order, please contact us to arrange this.
There are certain times throughout the year when stock becomes low with the manufacturer due to new products being manufactured and others being discontinued. This can often happen from September until November. If this does happen and stock becomes unavailable, we will try to contact you within 48 hours to make you aware of the situation.
Cancelling your order
The EU Distance Selling Regulations states that you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to cancel it. This, however, does not apply if the item has been worn, washed or labels removed.
None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Telephone calls will be answered between 9am and 4.30pm but it is not unusual for us to answer emails outwith these hours. We may even answer your email at 2am but this is not guaranteed!!
Returns
Returns can be made by contacting us in advance. All returns must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order and must be returned within 7 days of contact. There will be no exceptions to this. If you wish to return any goods that are faulty, please state where the fault is. Returns will not be accepted if the item is seen as being worn. Please feel free to try on your new shoes but please do this inside with either socks or tights on. You would be expected to do this if you were trying them on in store and I'm sure you will understand the importance of hygiene.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
